• Lead day-to-day operations, partnerships, go-to-market efforts, and wraparound support services for Aledade’s value-based care insights • Scale the impact of risk adjustment and risk stratification insights and programs for partner practices • Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts related to Risk Stratification programs and products • Build strategic partnerships with practice leaders, payer partners, vendors, and external organizations • Identify, evaluate, contract, and execute new vendor and external partnerships • Direct and support junior Transformation team members’ strategic initiatives and program design • Guide incentive and adoption programs, educational efforts, hotspotting, monitoring, alerting development, prioritization, triage, reporting, and value estimation • Coordinate with product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and senior leaders across Aledade • Report to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification • Start as a senior individual contributor with expected near-term growth into people management
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field • 12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years progressive professional experience with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred • 6+ years of experience in healthcare • 2+ years of experience in value-based care • Advanced exploration of emerging AI tools; preference for demonstrated ability building, scaling, and/or teaching AI tooling to broader teams • Expert Excel skills required, including working with large, complex, and incomplete data sets; conducting complex analyses; and using Index / Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas • Advanced PPT skills required, including storyboarding, translating complex analyses into engaging slides, and drafting executive-level materials with limited direction • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships across organizational levels • Excellent project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in health care operations settings • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills • Strong business analyst toolkit, including prioritization, hypothesis-driven analytical problem solving, managing multiple responsibilities and projects, attention to detail, and operating amid ambiguity • Poise, confidence, and maturity interacting with senior stakeholders • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information • Sitting for prolonged periods; extensive computer and keyboard use; occasional walking and lifting may be required
