• Play a crucial role in supporting the client-facing team by delivering prompt, accurate, and thorough communication related to retirement plan administration and compliance. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling and adherence to deadlines, helping to maintain the operational integrity of each retirement plan. • Partner with senior team members for peer reviews and may provide some peer review support to level I administrators.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience. • At least three years’ of experience in financial services or related field. • Applicable ASPPA designations or similar certifications preferred. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Good written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients. • Ability to work independently and set priorities. • Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs. • Ability to identify process improvement, serve as a project liaison for the team.
