• bachelor’s or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in client, broker, or account relationship management for complex, high-value portfolios • demonstrate expertise in strategic client relationship management, including building and maintaining executive-level partnerships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders • display ability to develop and execute client delivery strategies that drive customer success, operational excellence, revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction • possess leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams • be able to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • demonstrate advanced communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives • be able to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences • have business, financial, and analytical acumen • demonstrate the ability to interpret data, manage financial performance, identify risks, and translate insights into actionable strategies • have experience in Absence Management services and related business operations • demonstrate ability to successfully lead in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, balancing multiple priorities while driving high-quality outcomes and operational effectiveness • have experience overseeing cross-functional projects and client governance activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives • display advanced solution-oriented mindset and change leadership capabilities.
