📋 Description

• Partner with the finance manager and business unit leaders to report financial results and assess risks and opportunities against financial targets • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting materials for Alight leadership and key stakeholders • Prepare variance analysis and provide insight on expense and revenue results against plan, forecast, and prior year • Develop a strong understanding of the business to support the appropriate business-unit outlook • Perform data-driven analysis of operational business aspects to inform leadership decision-making • Support models for long-range planning and annual budgeting • Contribute to process improvement and reporting enhancement initiatives within Client Support Services • Support decision-making with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis on operational and financial matters • Participate in meetings with business and finance leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related curriculum, or equivalent work experience • 3–5 years of relevant finance experience with a history of strong performance • Experience working in an operations environment • Proficiency with Microsoft products, SQL query building, and Excel • Experience with forecasting, modeling, month-end reporting, buy-versus-lease analysis, M&A, and sales • Experience creating dashboards with Tableau or Power BI • Expert Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros • Ability to prioritize activities in a time-sensitive environment • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships • Analytical and inquisitive mentality • Successful completion of a role-appropriate background check • Work authorization in the employing country without requiring current or future visa sponsorship
