📋 Description

• This position focuses mainly on hormone health - including predominantly Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid conditions, and some medication management • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions • Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness • Serve as a collaborating physician for other providers • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care • Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems • Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in the fields of functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO – with a concentration in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging or Lifestyle Medicine • Formal training and experience practicing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) strongly preferred • Must have (or be able to obtain) an IL medical and IL DEA licenses and any remote location determined • Must be able to work at least 16 hours per week (including two weekday evening shifts, or one weekday and one weekend day shifts) • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with patients and other providers • Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people • Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide a 5-star level of service • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
