📋 Description

• Execute the analytics strategy through scalable capabilities, disciplined delivery, and measurable business outcomes • Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals • Participate in solution design, complex analysis, executive reporting, data product development, and issue resolution • Oversee a growing analytics portfolio • Establish processes, standards, and operating cadence to convert business needs into reporting, insights, and analytical solutions • Partner with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology, and other business functions • Build trust in data, improve the speed and quality of insights, reduce manual processes, and support business decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data products, decision support, or a related field • 5+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for delivery, coaching, performance, and resource management • Experience developing roadmaps and delivering analytics portfolios with measurable business outcomes • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting • Experience working with large, complex data sources and partnering with technology and data teams • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field • Equivalent education and experience may be substituted • Ability to work effectively in a changing environment • Portfolio management, prioritization, estimation, dependency management, and risk management skills • Strong executive communication and influencing skills • Expertise in analytics methodologies, KPI design, visualization, root-cause analysis, and data quality management • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution • Strong judgment, accountability, integrity, and discretion • Knowledge of privacy, security, regulatory, and audit requirements related to analytics and reporting • Licensure: None required
