• Own the strategy and execution across our product portfolio. • Define how our individual products work together as a system. • Set the operating cadence, setup clear and timely communication channels. • Build relationships with senior leaders at our largest customers. • Spend time with users to understand workflows and pain points. • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams. • Contribute to company strategy, board materials, and cultural tone.
• Ten-plus years in product, with at least three to five leading product orgs (Director, Sr. Director, or VP). • Deep experience in healthcare — ideally in post-acute, care coordination, value-based care, population health, or related provider/payer workflows. • Multi-product or platform experience. • Strong customer instincts. • Proven ability to influence C-suite buyers. • Executive presence. • A genuine pull toward the mission.
