📋 Description

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices • Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions • Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and production support • Mentor developers and consultants, establish development standards, and participate in design and code reviews • Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns • Support estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution • Remain hands-on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when needed, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience • 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect • Strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, security, data modeling, and application design • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices • Proven ability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live • Strong communication, client-facing, and consulting skills • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications are an extra edge • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms is an extra edge • Experience in consulting or professional services environments, including exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds, is an extra edge • English: Proficient
