• Lead and manage the Client Sales team for Central Region • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the Client Sales team and their designated territory • Develop and execute strategies for quickly developing add on sales • Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects • Negotiate/close deals and handle objections • Assist Client Sales Team when closing new business • Travel to meet with prospective customers • Attend trade shows and conferences on the company’s behalf and travel to meet with existing clients as needed
• Experience leading and developing teams of 5+ and managing team quota • Demonstrable success of selling, prospecting, and building new business pipelines with financial institutions and/or online banking • High ethical standards and determination to success • Experience closing deals • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including C-level. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications • 5+ years’ experience carrying or directly supporting a quota • Must have a strong sense of urgency and accountability to generate new sales • Ability to articulate examples of learning technical products or solutions • Ability to analyze, assess and address prospects needs within the context of our products and services
