📋 Description

• Shape the future of account opening for banks, credit unions, and their customers across the MANTL product • Design intuitive and scalable experiences for Alkami’s origination solution • Partner with Product and Engineering on the Deposits Team to define user problems and explore innovative solutions • Contribute to designs that establish the product as a market leader • Contribute to and expand the shared Design System • Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across user touchpoints • Collaborate with Product Designers through shared understanding and design critiques • Present designs and clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Conduct and synthesize user research • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to inform product strategy and deliver research-backed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience designing world-class applications • Strong portfolio of design work showcasing process and impact • Experience building Loans or Deposit Products is a major plus • Experience in Enterprise SaaS • Bachelor’s or Master’s in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related area of study is preferred, or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in designing and prototyping with modern software; Figma preferred • Proficiency in AI-enabled design workflows • Experience shipping products to market • Experience contributing to and working within a shared design system • Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, including contextual inquiry and evaluative methods • Experience as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Ability to partner with Product Managers and Engineers to inform product strategy and deliver research-backed solutions
