📋 Description

• Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners • Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences • Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks, escalating appropriately when needed • Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support and long-term account ownership • Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction • Guide banks and credit unions from kickoff through successful launch and measurable time to value • Serve as a subject matter expert across the MANTL product suite and trusted advisor to client executives, project leads, and operational stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions • Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services • Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Knowledge of bank or credit union deposit account opening and loan origination processes • Prior experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engagement Manager, or similar delivery-focused role • Familiarity with Monday.com, JIRA, or similar project management tools • Experience working with enterprise financial institutions • Technical aptitude with an understanding of web applications (JSON, XML) and APIs (REST, SOAP) • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • No employment sponsorship available
