📋 Description

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients via telehealth • Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning • Develop individualized treatment plans and patient goals • Deliver remote therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques supporting independence and well-being • Maintain patient records, progress notes, treatment plans, and required documentation • Adhere to ethical, legal, privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements • Use telehealth platforms and tools for remote therapy sessions • Stay current with occupational therapy developments through continuing education • Work with a diverse caseload, including pediatric patients • Collaborate with the Clinical team and Supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply • Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through the all-inclusive platform • Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+) • Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required • Ability to provide services for clients in California • Occupational therapy licensure reimbursement eligibility after 145 hours of work
