📋 Description
• Onboard new clients • Conduct client assessments • Work with clients to develop a wellness vision • Guide clients in developing weekly health and nutrition SMART goals • Develop client education and treatment plans based on individual clients’ needs, vision and goals • Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed • Manage client scheduling • Document and submit appointment notes
🎯 Requirements
• Current CDR RD licensure • 3+ years 1:1 counseling/coaching experience • National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential or other coaching trainings or certifications • Specialty experience a plus
