📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice when relevant to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Provide at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly plus administrative time • Respond to patient inquiries and complete administrative tasks and messages promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active state-issued Registered Dietitian license; active and pending licenses are reviewed, and hiring depends on state-level needs • Prior nutrition counseling or patient-care experience is a plus but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice • Comfort using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus but not required • Minimum availability of 10 patient-facing hours per week, in addition to administrative time • Ability to respond to patient inquiries, messages, and administrative tasks in a timely manner
