📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required training and uphold Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting promptly • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks • Provide at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution • Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship • Board-eligible in Endocrinology through ABIM • Commitment to obtain ABIM Endocrinology board certification within one year of hire • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state • Two years of current and consecutive practice experience with an MD/DO license treating patients • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity • Ability to build patient trust and connection in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based clinical care • Comfort using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Women’s health experience is a plus • Prior telemedicine experience is a plus
