📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and other information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice when related to nutrition care • Use Allara’s nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout ongoing care • Collaborate with APRNs and MDs managing patients’ medical care • Maintain accurate, current patient records • Provide at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly in addition to administrative time • Complete charting and administrative tasks • Respond promptly to patient inquiries, messages, and administrative requests • Deliver longitudinal telehealth care to women with hormonal, metabolic, reproductive, and other underserved health needs

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least one active, unrestricted, and unencumbered U.S. state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian • 1 year of experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions strongly desired • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Availability for at least 80% of weekly contracted hours during specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend windows • Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week plus administrative time • Must provide two professional references from a supervisor and coworker within the past 5 years • Must disclose active and pending state licenses • Must state legal state of residence • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the United States
