• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Complete charting and address patient inquiries • Respond to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner
• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state • 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions is strongly desired • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Applicants must be able to work in the United States; visa sponsorship information is requested during application
