📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Chart, address patient inquiries, and respond to administrative tasks and messages promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired) • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required • Ability to work full-time hours
