📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits • Develop personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting promptly • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages • Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate • Deliver longitudinal care for women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner • Experience focused on chronic and complex women's health conditions, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice • Comfort working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state • Ability to commit at least 80% of weekly contracted hours to evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends • Must be able to provide at least 20 patient-facing hours per week • Applicants must answer whether they require visa sponsorship to continue working in the United States
