📋 Description

• Bring Salesforce Run-Grow-Transform managed services stewardship to life while working closely with customers • Engage with clients to gather pertinent information, explain difficult concepts, and solve problems efficiently • Lead an engagement team and assist customers with implementations, integrations, and custom development projects • Create Salesforce solutions, technical designs, best practices, and application implementations • Manage technical debt to monitor system performance and prevent technical bottlenecks • Govern operational tooling, including Jira and deployment/version control tools such as Copado • Manage bi-directional integration sync integrity across systems • Act as a trusted advisor to clients • Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client business requirements • Break business requirements into user stories with level of effort, pros/cons, best practices, and recommended approaches • Document user stories, including acceptance criteria, assumptions and constraints, size, priority, and recommended solutions • Create business requirements, solution designs, functional specifications, and reports of findings • Manage the feedback loop for completed user stories through build • Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and frameworks • Manage technical teams for Force.com development and integrations with other business applications • Migrate data from customer legacy systems using Salesforce data migration tools • Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing strategy, implementation, reporting, and end-user testing • Develop training curricula and deliver end-user training • Allocate work across project management, analysis, and technical responsibilities (10%, 45%, and 45%, respectively)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Configuration • 2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in a custom-system development environment for a medium- to large-sized organization • 2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, advanced configuration, security/permissions management, data migration, and data modeling • Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations • Experience in Agile project methodology, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and related practices • Proficiency with Jira, deployment governance tools, and managing complex system dependencies • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification required • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification required • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification required • Agile certifications preferred
