📋 Description

• Utilize MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) data to drive improvements • Drive structured problem solving for sustainable customer improvements • Collaborate with customer experience, technical support, order management and sales teams • Collect, analyze, and manipulate business systems data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI • Lead cross-functional projects in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and People/Engagement • Assist with the Business Operations Excellence Roadmap and rollout of MDI, LSW (Leader Standard Work), and technology integration into processes • Learn about Allegion's Business Operations, Data and Analytics, and work closely with leaders • Contribute to customer-facing process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, management, technology or engineering • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting market research and identifying opportunities for product improvement • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to quickly establish successful cooperation with all colleagues • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.)
