📋 Description

• Utilize MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) data to drive improvements • Drive structured problem solving for sustainable customer improvements • Collaborate with customer experience, technical support, order management, and sales teams • Collect, analyze, and manipulate data from business systems • Lead cross-functional projects in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and People/Engagement • Assist with the Business Operations Excellence Roadmap • Support rollout of MDI and LSW (Leader Standard Work) • Help integrate technology into business processes • Learn about Allegion’s Business Operations, Data, and Analytics • Work closely with leaders • Contribute to customer-facing process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, management, technology, or engineering • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to conduct market research and identify product-improvement opportunities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to establish successful cooperation with colleagues • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI • Interest in Business Operations and Process Improvement
