• Efficient management and documentation of declaratory judgment claims • Clear understanding of coverage issues and complex coverage decisions • Proactive development and monitoring of litigation management strategies • Independent review and analysis of file materials and motions • Management of expenses and enforcement of budgets • Collaboration with claim adjusters and analytical resources • Explanation of Allianz's position in depositions • Staying informed on industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of litigated claim handling experience • Strong asbestos, pollution, health hazard claims background • In-depth knowledge of liability policy language • Ability to work in a regulated environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint • Juris Doctor preferred • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
