📋 Description
• Investigate automobile claims by reviewing police reports and gathering witness statements. • Determine coverage, liability, damages and adjust claims within limit of authority. • Partner with assigned reps for claims involving fraud or subrogation. • Collaborate with team members for best outcomes in claims handling.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in investigating and confirming facts of loss for automobile accidents. • Knowledge of insurance policies related to automobile claims. • Skills in customer service and identifying customer needs. • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential with discretion. • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
