📋 Description

• Establish and maintain electronic case files and documentation for renewal and new business opportunities • Initiate and manage new business setup in Compass or Pluriform during the transition period • Coordinate and manage Know Your Customer requirements • Prepare and maintain renewal pricing models in Excel • Review buyer information in IRP and update pricing models • Create, manage, prepare, and submit Credit Limit Requests for renewal and new business export buyers • Remove obsolete, unapproved, or unnecessary Credit Limit Requests • Complete and maintain final Risk-Based Pricing documentation based on issued binders • Coordinate policy issuance with the Policy Implementation team • Complete renewal and new business checklists and upload required documentation to Compass • Manage operational and system-related requests, including finance tickets, buyer creation and maintenance, and Group Hierarchy assignments • Process and maintain policy mid-term adjustments within Compass • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related field preferred • 0–2 years of relevant experience in credit insurance, finance, banking, credit management, or a similar environment • Strong analytical and research skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm for learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes • Knowledge or awareness of Generative Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, AI, Data Analysis, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT
