📋 Description

• Oversee a team delivering data analysis, reporting, and data infrastructure support • Serve as final reviewer and approver for reports, dashboards, and data outputs • Perform quality assurance and validation checks for accuracy, completeness, and business alignment • Lead complex analytics projects involving data modeling, exploratory analysis, and KPI development • Translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions with stakeholders • Define and maintain reporting accuracy, naming, and documentation standards • Recommend improvements to data processes, query efficiency, and dashboard usability • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and informal training to analysts and reporting coordinators • Directly manage analysts and reporting coordinators through goal setting, coaching, and performance management • Escalate and quality-control complex data requests and reporting issues • Modernize the reporting stack by evaluating tools, automating legacy reports, and introducing self-service capabilities • Develop team operating procedures and documentation • Support data governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement • Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance appraisals • Provide growth opportunities and help attract new talent • Communicate expectations and provide training, resources, and information • Coach, counsel, and provide timely constructive performance feedback • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience required • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics required • 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred • Proven experience with data warehouses, SQL, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar • Strong understanding of data modeling • Strong understanding of data transformation (ETL/ELT) • Strong understanding of relational databases • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide others in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success managing or mentoring analytical teams with varied experience levels • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to interface with technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload
