📋 Description

• Provide support on various projects and initiatives • Support piloting and execution of new processes or improvements across departments • Write and maintain process documents • Assess current workflows and processes to identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with department subject matter experts and leaders on process improvements and reporting • Develop, maintain, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports with department managers • Execute daily processes and procedures • Pilot new internal processes and procedures • Coordinate with Allied operational units to resolve problems and implement enhancement requests • Bridge communications between technical and non-technical teams • Assist with team projects and time-sensitive special projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • 2-3 years related experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst required • Prior experience with SQL, specifically SQL Server, and report writing required • Expertise with MS Office and VBA, especially Access preferred • General familiarity with project management, especially waterfall methodology • Technically capable of understanding and adapting to new software programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to obtain cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload • Extended sitting and computer work
