📋 Description

• Assist with management of internal and external relationships and department escalations under the Senior Case Management Liaison • Assist with resolutions department escalations by collaborating with internal departments and vendors • Assist with vendor relationship management and associated process improvements • Act as department spokesperson under the guidance of the Senior Liaison • Communicate and collaborate with external business partners and internal teams • Document complex systems and processes • Provide guidance on documentation of processes, procedures, workflows, and enhancements • Train internal staff, external clients, and vendors as needed • Serve as backup for the Senior Case Management Liaison • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, preferred • 1-3 years related experience in healthcare/health insurance required • Prior Account Management / Client Management experience a plus • Comfortable with advanced medical terminology • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Intermediate-level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Ability to work extended periods sitting and performing computer work • Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload
