📋 Description

• Compile and submit claim reports and required documentation for stop loss claims • Monitor assigned claim status and follow up with stop loss carriers • Answer carrier questions and requests for additional information • Communicate with internal departments to resolve claim issues • Appeal denied or reduced reimbursements • File stop loss claims with priority carriers • Coordinate with Stop Loss Team Members regarding priority claims • File high-dollar claims • Retain necessary provider documents required by carriers • Train team members on departmental processes and workflows • Maintain relationships with priority carriers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum 2 years of stop loss claim filing experience required • Medical claims experience required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload • College degree preferred • Accounting or Finance background a plus
