📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Investigate and resolve auto claims • Analyze coverage and assess liability • Review damages and negotiate fair settlements • Handle basic investigations regarding auto claim coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling approach • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Work independently without supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Applicants who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Appropriate desk and seating for working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Experience handling a variety of claim complexities • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Basic understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and company systems and technology
