• Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic automobile accidents. • Applies analytical thinking to determine coverage, liability, damages and adjusts and negotiates claims. • Manage claims from review through resolution. • Demonstrate strong decision-making, ownership, and problem-solving skills. • Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
🎯 Requirements
• Individual must hold an active insurance license. • Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Solid foundation in customer service, claims handling, or related experience.
