📋 Description

• Independently manage complex repair issues, evaluates the quality and accuracy of claim handling and estimating work. • Exercise increased judgment, autonomy, and responsibility while supporting customer experience, repair quality, and operational efficiency. • Manage repair quality with greater complexity, serving as a liaison between shops, customers, and internal partners. • Identify trends, resolve escalated issues, and contribute insights to leadership while ensuring repairs meet quality and service expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (Preferred) using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One and a strong damage analysis background. • Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting, including an understanding of repair methodology, repair processes, and the ability to discern related and unrelated damages. • A dedicated workspace in your residence that is private and free from distractions. • A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB download speed and 5 MB upload speed.
