📋 Description

• Create or audit comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Review, write, and negotiate auto estimates and supplements with body shops • Handle supplements, with approximately 95% of the role focused on supplement handling • Train, mentor, control quality, and provide technical assistance on material damage claims • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files across multiple lines • Evaluate settlement alternatives for regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Collaborate with repair facilities to evaluate vehicle damage and drive accurate, timely claim outcomes • This job does not have supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Auto Estimator specializing in supplements • Strong technical estimating expertise • Deep understanding of repair procedures • Confident negotiation skills with repair facilities • Experience writing estimates in CCC One • Proficiency with Microsoft applications • Strong estimating fundamentals for claims of all severities • Deep understanding of all policy types written by the company • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Eastern time zone state location • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
