📋 Description

• Investigate basic and occasionally moderately complex auto claims • Handle non-represented claims • Evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements • Communicate directly with claimants, insureds, witnesses, and other involved parties • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle • Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries • Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and customer-focused claim handling • Negotiate and settle claims according to established best practices and guidelines • Document claim files with clear notes, summaries, and decision rationale • Review and evaluate auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications considered for compensation • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Applicants who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license seeking an adjuster role must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Skills: Auto Insurance Claims, Communication, Customer Service, Multitasking, Task Management
