📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Manage extended-handling bodily injury claims ranging from soft tissue injuries to moderate-severity claims • Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships • Exercise discretion and independence when handling advanced auto claims • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify and meet customer needs using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Develop experience through Adjuster II-level work or rotation into specialty positions • Support claims across Northeastern states • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling bodily injury claims • Experience interpreting policy language and identifying coverage issues • Advanced understanding of insurance policies • Ability to investigate advanced automobile claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Customer service skills • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Active adjuster's license preferred • Candidates must be located in eastern or central time zone states • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
