📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Manage extended-handling bodily injury claims ranging from soft tissue injuries to moderate-severity claims • Handle claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships • Work with discretion and independence within increased authority • Perform duties without supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling bodily injury claims • Experience interpreting policy language • Ability to identify coverage issues • Advanced understanding of insurance policies • Ability to investigate coverage, liability, and damages in advanced auto claims • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Ability to work with discretion and independence within increased authority • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • No work visa sponsorship available • If currently holding an active insurance license, must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment • Resident producer license holders must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • An active adjuster's license is preferred, not required • Litigation experience is not required
