📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Handle all aspects of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when handled • Identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Support the state of Florida and contribute to overall team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling advanced automobile accident claims • Advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and independence • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Increased experience at the Adjuster II level or experience through a specialty-position rotation • Authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
