📋 Description

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement • Assess coverage, liability, and damages • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process • Communicate with customers and attorneys via voice calls, email, and text messages • Negotiate fair injury settlements with all involved parties • Perform detailed damage reviews and interpret policies to determine coverage • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and video chat while keeping them updated on claim progress • Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants • Use estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms • Execute policies according to policy agreements • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate claim documentation in the claims system • Handle claims primarily in Nevada and Washington

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Casualty Represented or Litigation third-party claim handling experience required • Nevada and/or Washington Casualty Claim handling experience preferred • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation • Candidates in the Mountain and Pacific time zones preferred; candidates in the Central time zone will be considered • Position is not available for California, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, or Puerto Rico residents • Must submit to a background investigation • May be required to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire, if applicable • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
