📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority levels • Handle injury claims within the Initial Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Investigate complex auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Manage claims through resolution and maintain ownership throughout the claim lifecycle • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced claims professional • Experience handling casualty injury claims • Experience conducting coverage investigations • Experience negotiating settlements • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently • Strong time management, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills • Experience managing unrepresented bodily injury claims in Alabama highly preferred • Must terminate all existing insurance appointments if currently holding an active insurance license • Must not hold outside insurance appointments during employment • Resident producer license must be formally surrendered when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States • No work visa sponsorship • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
