📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims within the UM Extended Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit • Confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Negotiate settlements within assigned authority limits • Mentor and support junior team members • Help drive consistent, high-quality claim handling and team development • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling approach for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships • Investigate all aspects of complex auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, using discretion and independence within increased authority • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and understand other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced UM Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Consultant • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently • High level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Solid foundation in UM and coverage investigations highly desirable • Experience handling claims in AL, AR, MS, MO, TX, TN, and LA is a strong plus • Must terminate all existing insurance license appointments prior to onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license • Must not hold outside insurance license appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States required; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
