📋 Description
• Investigate moderate, severe, and complex litigation claims • Evaluate, negotiate UIM/UM bodily injury claims • Document claim files with notes and evaluations • Act as primary point of contact for policyholder attorneys
🎯 Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience • 1+ years of Allstate experience preferred • Strong negotiation skills • Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processes • Ability to manage complex claims independently
