📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Mentor junior employees • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Investigate complex auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned adjuster suited to a fast-paced, decision-driven environment • Advanced understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate complex auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to exercise discretion and independence within increased authority • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims • Claims investigation, administration, review, and resolution skills • Case management and investigative skills • Customer service and relationship management skills • Must possess authorization to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private, distraction-free workspace when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
