📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limit of authority • Handle advanced auto claim investigations covering coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or through rotation into a specialty position

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirements • Advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Experience handling advanced automobile claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
