📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority levels • Handle injury claims within the Initial Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Investigate all aspects of complex auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims • Recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Manage claims independently through resolution and maintain ownership throughout the claim life cycle • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling casualty injury claims • Experience conducting thorough coverage investigations • Experience negotiating settlements • Experience maintaining ownership of claims throughout the claim life cycle • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while working independently • Experience managing unrepresented bodily injury claims in Texas and Louisiana highly preferred • Preferably located within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
