📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority levels • Handle injury claims within the Initial Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling for complex cases • Apply advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships • Investigate all aspects of complex auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Unrepresented Bodily Injury Consultant or claims professional with a strong foundation in liability and full claim ownership • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience handling claims in Washington and Nevada highly desirable • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply • Must terminate all existing insurance-license appointments before onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license • Must not hold any outside insurance appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States required; company does not sponsor work visas • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
