📋 Description

• Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determining coverage, liability, damages and adjusting and negotiating claims • Handling investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims (coverage, damages, subrogation, litigation) • Applying understanding of insurance policies written by the company • Determining subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle • Recognizing customer needs and working to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills • Partnering with assigned reps from fraud or subrogation areas to achieve best outcome

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims • Ability to work 8am to 5pm Pacific time zone hours • Litigation experience may be necessary • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail • Customer service orientation • Effective problem-solving skills; ability to detect differences and issue recognition from multiple sources • Proficient in Word and Outlook • Must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding if holding an active insurance license • Must surrender resident producer license when instructed
