📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Handle basic investigations regarding auto claim coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Apply basic understanding of company systems and technology • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling • Develop understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Guide customers through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone • Ability to investigate automobile accidents and gather information such as police reports and witness statements • Ability to verify coverage and help determine liability • Curiosity, detail orientation, and organization • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills • Willingness to handle difficult conversations • Interest in problem-solving and investigative work • Must comply with licensing requirements: active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
