📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Handle basic investigation regarding coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills • Apply a basic understanding of company systems and technology • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Develop an understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in PST/MST/CST time zones • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time Zone hours • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
