📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Handle basic investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Apply a basic understanding of company systems and technology • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Develop a basic understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in PST/MST/CST time zones • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time Zone hours • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Must terminate all existing insurance appointments before onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license • Must not hold outside insurance appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating for the home workspace
