📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Handle basic investigation regarding coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Apply a basic understanding of company systems and technology • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling • Develop a basic understanding of insurance policies, the industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in PST/MST/CST time zones • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time Zone hours • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Applicants must not hold outside insurance appointments during employment • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Analytical Thinking • Customer Centricity • Customer Relationship Building • Customer Service • Learning Agility • Process Oriented • Results-Oriented • Time Management
